A Lazy Man's World! What ”WE” Have to Consider.
Hey guys listen we all eat too much junk, sit way to long, perhaps drink to much alcohol on the regular and pretend we are all active enough... Bottom line, you know as I do, that’s total BS. Our goal is to live as healthy within longevity as we can, isn't it? Number one thing to take care of, ourselves, including finances and family of course but I know this better than anyone, I feel. If you can't take care of yourself how are you going to take care of someone else. HEALTH comes number one!
This world has become our unhealthy realized nightmare. As chronic care skyrockets, from asthma to Cancers, too every second person born likely to become Diabetic.
This doesn’t seem right??? We have better healthcare than before; ‘supposedly' don’t we?? And know more about how to live a healthier, happier, lifestyle don’t we????
For sure!!
But yet we still have dramatic increases across the board within all ages for chronic conditions??? Sad thing is people we are so brainwashed that we think it’s supposed to be this way.
‘Oh your getting little older your suppose to be like this.’ aches, pains, in need of a walker. Hip replacements, arthritis, osteoporosis, list goes on.
Our sedentary life has put us in a state of catabolic. With little resistance placed upon our bones causes loss of bone density which is partly the cause of some of these chronic situations. Interpedently along with poor diet, and posture creating altered joint mechanics. Lacking or next to nil respiratory demand… our bodies weren’t meant for this!!!
You see as we get further along with technology we are aided and helped from machines, using our minds more and human movement system less. We become more and more sick, unconscious of this predicament and relaying on medications to fix. This is the way we are told its suppose to be!!!
I have a solution, why not start the new year off right. So why not start the new year with a new you!!! With a one on one personal trainer whose been there done it and certified with loads of knowledge to explain and guide you every step of the way.
